The formed ProofCap covers are easily mounted onto electronics. The simple and clean process minimises investments in production equipment, floor space, ventilation and training of staff. ProofCap protects the product during transport and handling by your service or customer staff.

The ProofCap melt-sealing machine automatically applies, during 1-2 min, the correct heat, pressure and subsequent cooling. That can be compared with time consuming operations such as mounting and soldering of EMC boxes, applying conductive seals,screws, cleaning, masking, followed by coating or potting and finally drying.

The fully automatic meltsealing machine (left) uses design specific tools (far left). In this customer application can up to 4 units be sealed simultaneously. The tool has an integrated temperature sensor for easy operation and control of process.
